HashKey Chain Horizon Hackathon · Japan HAPPY HOUR - https://luma.com/event/evt-dzK34tqW8V7FRqT
HashKey Chain Horizon Hackathon · Japan Demo Day is the Demo Day event for the hackathon held under the theme “Build New Financial Infrastructure.”
On the day of the event, finalists selected from the hackathon will take the stage for a pitch contest. The program will also feature two panel discussions focused on on-chain finance and AI Agents × Web3. A dedicated networking area will be available throughout the event, creating opportunities for builders, corporate representatives, and professionals from the finance, Web3, and AI sectors to connect.
Rather than discussing the potential of Web3 and AI in abstract terms, this event will focus on how to build financial infrastructure and products that can be used in practice. Topics such as stablecoins, banking UX, on-chain finance, AI agents, wallets, vibe coding, commercialization, and user experience will be explored from practical, technical, and market perspectives.
Who Should Attend
This event is not only for hackathon participants. It also offers an opportunity for corporate representatives considering the commercialization of on-chain finance, non-engineers who want to build products using AI, and builders exploring new use cases in Web3 and AI to gain insights into implementation, business development, and networking.
Event Overview
HashKey Chain Horizon Hackathon · Japan is a hackathon aimed at creating next-generation on-chain financial infrastructure and applications.
At Demo Day, finalists will present their projects to judges, speakers, and attendees, pitching their ideas, technologies, use cases, and commercialization potential.
Through the two panel discussions, the event will also explore the feasibility of implementing on-chain finance in the Japanese market and the future direction of Web3 products in the age of AI agents.
Program
Panel Discussion 1: Can On-Chain Finance Become Financial Infrastructure That People Actually Use?
This session will discuss the potential for implementing on-chain finance in the Japanese market, focusing on stablecoins, banking UX, and public blockchains.
For on-chain finance to become financial infrastructure that is actually used, technology alone is not enough. Regulatory compliance, customer experience, collaboration with financial institutions, liquidity, and trust are all essential.
From the perspectives of financial institutions, stablecoin businesses, and blockchain infrastructure, the session will examine the key conditions that builders and corporate professionals should consider when developing products and business concepts in the financial sector.

Panel Discussion 2: Who Will Use Web3 Products in the Age of AI Agents?
This session will explore how AI agents are changing the user experience of Web3 products, including wallets, on-chain execution, information gathering, decision-making, and community participation.
Simply combining AI and Web3 is not enough to create products that people will continue to use. What should users delegate to AI? How far can on-chain execution be automated? What kind of UX is needed to establish trust?
From the perspectives of AI implementation, investment, and builder communities, the session will examine practical issues relevant to participants interested in AI-powered product development and vibe coding.
