📍 Location:

• Fri-Sun: Friskis & Svettis, over Sparkjøp
  Parking info available, please bring your own weapons if traveling by car/train/bus. Some weapons will be available for loan for air travelers.

🏡 Accommodation:

1. Free overnight stay at the dojo (mattresses, pillows, and bedding available). Facilities include kitchenette, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and nearby shops.
2. Hotel/Hostel/Bed & Breakfast options available (more info on the JuShinKan website).

Hélène began her Aikido journey at age 9 under Christian Tissier and has continued to learn from him for over 30 years. With hard work, she achieved 6.
