
HIIT Workouts
Join us for energizing Weekly Outdoor HIIT Workouts! 🤸
Training Structure:
– Warm-up
– Dynamic stretching and mobility exercises
– Main workout session
– Optional challenge (for those craving an extra push!)
– Cool down
This training accommodates all fitness levels, allowing you to adjust intensity as needed and providing alternative exercises where applicable.

Saturdays
- June 6th at 6 PM
- June 13th at 6 PM
- June 20th at 6 PM
- June 27th at 6 PM
Each session lasts about 1 hour, followed by an optional 10–15 minutes of stretching and cool down.

🎒 What to Bring:
– A mat (like a yoga mat)
– Comfortable sportswear and suitable shoes
– Insect repellent (for ticks and mosquitoes)
– A small towel
– A bottle of water
– A positive attitude and respect for fellow participants!
👥 Who Can Join?
This session is FREE and open to anyone without medical or physical restrictions who wants to dive into HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).
👤 Your Coach:
Meet Rail, an IT Engineer with a passion for sports and physical activities! 🌟 He’s a certified Functional Trainer currently pursuing his Personal Trainer certification. Rail loves helping others improve their fitness and well-being. Outside HIIT, he engages in Jiu-Jitsu, yoga, and kickboxing—everything that promotes an active and healthy lifestyle.
