Honor America Days 5k Parade Run

Join us for the Honor America Days 5K Parade Run, the oldest road race in Oneida County! 🎉 Celebrating its rich history since 1970, this family-friendly event features participants ages 8 to 80 and takes place every July in conjunction with Rome’s vibrant Honor America Days parade.

• 🏁 Packet Pickup:
  • Friday, July 25, 2025
  • 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ Copper City Brewing Co.
  • Race Day: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM
• 🏃‍♀️ Start Times:
  • Kids’ Fun Run: 8:00 AM
  • 5K Run: 8:30 AM
• 🏆 Awards:
  • Male and Female categories: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall
  • Age groups: Under 10, 10-14, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over
• 🍽️ Refreshments for all finishers and volunteers!
