Hot Sculpt: Don Toliver

The only hot sculpt class in London that is designed to the beat of the music and plays music you actually want to work out to!
This month we are paying homage to one of the best rappers in the game, Don Toliver. From start to finish we will play his best hits from all his eras. Plus some tunes from his fellow peers. Get ready for a high-energy playlist that’ll keep you moving, sweating, and feeling every beat.
This session will be led by guest teacher Lily Simmons, a sculpting queen known for her dynamic, challenging but fun pilates classes.
This class is intermediate level so expect high intensity but modifications will also be available.
