I WRITE – A Silent Writing Club (Just You & Your Words)

Welcome to I WRITE, a serene space for anyone eager to write—quietly, freely, and without judgment.

We are a Berlin-based community of writers who gather weekly to write, converse, and recharge after a hectic week. Whether you’re journaling, crafting a novel, engaging in academic writing, or just exploring ideas, this is a space to simply show up and let your words flow onto paper. It’s a safe haven to embrace your authentic self and release your thoughts.

No set topics, no feedback circles, and no pressure—just a warm community, a tranquil atmosphere, and dedicated time for yourself.

🗓️ Agenda:

• 14:30 - 15:00 → 30 minutes for arrival and optional socializing (arrive early to meet fellow writers)
• 15:00 - 16:00 → 1 hour of silent writing (headphones welcome for enhanced focus)
• 16:00 - 16:30 → 30 minutes of break + optional chatting or solo time (stay and share or go celebrate the rest of your Saturday)
• 16:30 - 17:30 → 1 more hour of peaceful writing (for those staying)
• 17:30 - 18:00 → 30 minutes of chat and wrap-up

🎒 What to Bring:

Something to write with (laptop, notebook, phone, typewriter... all are welcome!) Something to drink (note: no cafeteria on-site)

• Our space is limited, so please RSVP only if you intend to attend.

• We meet at the Heinrich Schulz Library in Charlottenburg. Inside, look for the Gruppenraum; I'll be waiting for you there. If you have trouble finding the room, I’ll come meet you outside.
