AI is quickly becoming part of how students learn, how teachers teach, and how schools prepare for the future. But the real question is not simply whether AI belongs in education. The bigger question is how we use it wisely, responsibly, and effectively.

Join us for InnovatED’s 2nd event, “The Future of Education with AI: Opportunity, Responsibility, and Readiness.”

This panel will explore the promise and complexity of AI in education. We will discuss the opportunities AI creates for personalized learning, student engagement, teacher productivity, differentiated instruction, and preparing students for an AI-driven world. We will also look at the responsibilities that come with it, including ethical use, academic integrity, data privacy, equity of access, bias, and the need to keep human connection at the center of learning.

The conversation will also focus on readiness: what educators, school leaders, parents, students, and education innovators need to understand now so they can make thoughtful decisions about AI adoption. From classroom practice to school strategy, this discussion will help frame how Houston’s education community can move forward with both innovation and care.
