Forest School Leaders, Youth/Children's Workers, Scout/Guide Leaders, DofE Leaders, Outdoor Coaches/Educators, Adventure/Expedition Leaders, and Early Years Practitioners. Even if you focus on indoor food preparation, the knowledge gained will be invaluable!

- Importance of Food Safety in outdoor settings (including HACCP)
- Understanding foodborne illnesses
- Identifying microbes and their locations
- Personal Hygiene essentials
- Planning safe food preparation through HACCP
- Best practices in Temperature Control, Storage, Handling, and Cooking.
