Journey Together | A Mental Health Walk
Join us for Journey Together, a unique guided mental health walk organized by the Asian Mental Health Project! 🌟
This event features a 2.2 mile loop around the beautiful Silverlake Reservoir. Engage in guided reflection, build community connections, and learn mental health practices you can take home, all led by Rolan Huynh, M.S., an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.
Whether you choose to walk, jog, or simply enjoy the park atmosphere with fellow members of the Queer Asian community, this is a space for everyone! ❤️ We’ll be providing sparkling waters and iced teas, along with small bites to keep you refreshed.
About Rolan Huynh (He/Him/His): A first-generation, queer Vietnamese-American, Rolan is passionate about merging public health and mental health to better understand individuals. His experience includes serving recently incarcerated individuals with severe mental illness, and he remains dedicated to providing mental health support to BIPOC and underserved populations. In his spare time, he loves playing pickleball, thrifting, and visiting matcha cafes! ☕
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to enhance your mental wellness and connect with others.
