Based in Brooklyn/NYC, the group boasts some of the city's most talented young musicians, led by the charismatic powerhouse singer KENNEDY herself and her musical partner, the extraordinary keyboardist and producer ONDRE J, known for his close collaboration with Gregory Porter.

✨ In the bustling city of New York, where all kinds of creativity flourish, Kennedy and Ondre J first crossed paths, and the dynamic duo of Kennedy Administration was born! Ondre’s musical journey includes partnerships with various artists along with a decade of collaboration with Grammy-winning Gregory Porter.

Kennedy’s musical roots stem from her grandfather's small church in Michigan, where she was exposed to an array of influences from Anita Baker to Ella Fitzgerald and more. Since relocating to New York, she has shared the stage with many renowned musicians, creating a unique sound that is entirely her own.

With a successful 6-year residency at Groove, a trendy live music venue in Manhattan, Kennedy Administration quickly became a beloved fixture on the scene, captivating audiences from Europe to Asia, leaving their mark at prestigious festivals, including the Java Jazz festival in Jakarta with an attendance of 115,000!

Their discography includes a self-titled debut studio album released in 2017 and the newly launched “Second Term”, featuring celebrated guests such as Gregoire Maret, Keyon Harold, Paul Bollenback, Farrah Boule, ILLspokin, Kyla Moschovic, and Cassondra James Kellam. The band is hard at work on new material set for release in 2025.
