Ladies Monthly Wellness Lunch

Join us for the monthly ladies brunch, a dedicated space to connect with inspiring women in wellness and service-based businesses around Cascais-Lisbon.

Vibe: CONNECT. RECEIVE. HAVE FUN. ✨

Each month, we feature a practitioner or business owner who will lead a 30-45 minute workshop to showcase their work. This is a fantastic opportunity for everyone to learn and engage with new ideas and practices!

We begin with introductions to get to know each other:

“I help X with…”

Followed by sharing personal priorities and how we can support one another.

Then, enjoy a delicious catered health-inspired lunch including eggs, rye/sourdough bread, yoghurts, puddings, and a touch of something ‘naughty’! 🍽️ This is the perfect time to relax, connect, and have fun in a casual environment!

Feel free to stay after for co-working, hitting the beach, or just hanging out. Towels and a shower are available if you want to freshen up.
