Galeraaa, Brazil in the Park is back! 🇧🇷 On August 7th, The Hague transforms once again into an open air piece of Rio.Fresh off a sold out show at Paradiso, Samba Roots Amsterdam brings their roda de samba to The Hague. A circle of music, dance and togetherness where traditional samba de raiz meets modern Brazilian influences. Os Capangas opens the night with traditional forró straight from the northeast of Brazil. Known from festivals across Europe, this Cologne-based trio brings the pure sounds of accordion, triangle and zabumba to Zuiderpark. From the classics of Cartola, Zeca Pagodinho and Beth Carvalho to the raw energy of baile funk from the favelas of Rio.
