Sobre el evento

A hands on workshop for HR and People leaders
The world of AI is moving fast. Many HR and People teams are being pulled into decisions on agents, automation and workforce redesign before they have had the time to properly understand how this technology works, what it relies on, and where the people risks and responsibilities sit.
Build an Agent is a half day, in person session that gives you clarity on the Human–AI workforce and the confidence to architect the future of work with AI. As part of the session you will build a working agent yourself, aligned to a real HR or People use case - so you leave with something you can use back at work.

What you will learn
How agents actually work
We demystify what sits behind the “magic”, including:
The core building blocks of agents
what makes an agent reliable vs risky
what foundations need to be in place before deployment (data, access, guardrails)
where HR and people teams typically get pulled in, including oversight, accountability and role impact
Build your agent with Brim, custom AI builder
You will work directly with Brim to turn a use case into a working agent.
Bring a real use case from your organisation, or choose from common HR processes we provide
Build and test your agent during the session
Leave with an agent you can take back and continue using in your day to day work
Throughout the session, participants can also share their own perspectives and experiences on what is changing as organisations move from AI tools to AI agents. We will shine a light on the kinds of questions leaders should be asking as organisations move towards Human–AI teaming.

Who it’s for
HR, People, Talent and Culture leaders who want to engage with AI confidently, responsibly and practically.
To maximise value, attendance is limited to two people per organisation.

What you will leave with
clarity on the Human–AI workforce and what “agentic” really means
clear understanding on the practical implications for HR and People teams
confidence in how agents work and how to talk about them with leaders and tech partners
practical judgement on risk, governance and accountability
a working, usable agent, built around a HR or People use case
the ability to challenge assumptions such as:“It came from ChatGPT, so it must be accurate.”
“We can just plug it into our data and it will work.”

Format
Half day, in person, highly interactive
Time: 9:30am to 1:30pm
Please bring: a laptop
Places: limited
