Tucked inside the stunning Casa de las Artes, Maché boasts incredible acoustics and a beautifully designed interior that feels both expansive and deeply intimate. It's the perfect, refined acoustic haven for Celia’s vocals to truly shine while we enjoy a slow, elevated weekend morning together.

• Welcome Drink: A complimentary glass of cava upon arrival.
• To Start (The Spread): Sourdough and seed bread toasts, butter croissants, assorted cheeses and cured meats, guacamole with crudités, traditional hummus, fresh tomato with EVOO, Greek yogurt with granola and red berries, and fresh fruit.
• Hot Dishes (Choose 1):
• Broken Eggs with Iberian ham and crispy potatoes.
• Wild Mushroom & Asparagus Scramble on toasted seed bread with a spinach salad.
• Smoked Salmon Bagel with goat cheese, red onion, and tartar sauce.
• Eggs Benedict on an English muffin with avocado (choice of smoked salmon or crispy bacon).
• Braised Chicken Brioche with tomato, mozzarella, and arugula.
• Galician Beef Burger with a brioche bun, crispy bacon, and Comté cheese.
• Pancake Tower with red berry chutney, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce.

I'll be your host for the afternoon, making sure your glass is full and introducing you to some incredible new people, while the immensely talented Celia Carballo takes the stage to serenade us.
