Lucía Gutierrez Rebolloso's musical journey began at just two years old, performing with her parents in their son jarocho band, Son de Madera. By age thirteen, she was honing her craft at the Universidad Veracruzana and later earned her bachelor's in jazz studies there.

In 2022, Lucía made history as the first Mexican artist to win the Sarah Vaughan International Jazz Vocal Competition. She has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Natalia Lafourcade, Aloe Blacc, and La Santa Cecilia, performing at prestigious venues like Carnegie Hall, Royce Hall at UCLA, and the National Center for the Arts in Mexico City.
