Join us for an electrifying night as New York's No Wave Queen, Lydia Lunch, returns to Australia to perform the iconic songs of the legendary synth-punk band Suicide and the remarkable Alan Vega! 🎸

She'll be on stage with Andrew Coates from the beloved Melbourne electro trio Black Cab in a tribute commemorating the 10th anniversary of Vega’s passing, along with special guests.

Lydia has a rich history with Suicide, having formed a deep bond with the duo in the 1970s. She frequently joined them for performances, including their haunting track ‘Frankie Teardrop’, and collaborated with Vega on his solo album, Sniper. Since Vega's passing in 2016, Lydia has passionately conducted numerous tribute shows, often alongside Marc Hurtado.

After a surprise show in Melbourne during her 2024 Spoken Word tour, which sold out in just 3 days, she brings this unique performance back for Vega’s anniversary in 2026. 🔥

This show is a visceral blend of passion, sexuality, and boldness, capturing the gritty essence of 1970s New York. More than just a tribute, it’s an essential offering to the legacy of these legendary artists!
