Meet the Hub: An Open House with Global Shapers Manila

Join the leading community of changemakers in the Philippines.

Global Shapers Manila is the Manila hub of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum. We are a network of young people under 30 who are already building, leading, and shifting outcomes in their fields, and who choose to do that work together.

Meet the Hub is an open house for anyone considering applying to the 2026 to 2027 cohort. Over the course of the evening you will:

→ Hear directly from current Shapers about the projects the hub is running and what membership actually asks of you → Meet the people you would be building alongside → Get a clear view of the application process, the selection criteria, and the timeline → Ask the questions that do not have answers on a website

Our alumni have gone on to lead across media, conservation, social enterprise, education, and public office. The through line is not a single sector. It is people who take responsibility for a problem and stay with it.

Who should attend

Founders, organizers, researchers, artists, public servants, and operators who are doing the work already. You do not need a title, a large platform, or a finished project. You need something you are seriously building and a reason to build it with others.

Eligibility

Applicants must be 27 years old or younger and maintain primary residence in the National Capital Region.

Registration

Places are limited and registration is subject to approval. Please answer the pre-registration questions in Luma in full so we can confirm your spot. There is no need to complete the form before you apply.
