Under the expert guidance of Martina Cox, this workshop invites participants to dive into the art of mending, patching, and enhancing worn textiles using hand-stitching techniques. 🎨🧵

Throughout the day, you will explore various visible mending methods, such as traditional embroidery, darning, and basic patchworking. You'll not only repair your cherished garments but also personalize them, creating a unique statement with every stitch.

✨ What to Bring:
Feel free to bring along several garments or fabric samples that need mending, including:

• Worn t-shirts with holes
• Denim with rips in accessible areas (note that crotch rips are considered intermediate)
• Socks or sweaters with holes
• Fabrics with rips, tears, and stains
• Beloved scraps and decorative elements to incorporate into your project

🧵 Materials Note: We recommend avoiding heavy or overly thick materials to ensure a smooth hand-sewing experience.
