Michigan I-O – Tuesday Evening Music Club

Join us for a delightful evening with the Holland-based folk music ensemble Michigan I-O! 🎤✨ This group has beautifully revived songs from a 1938 journey by folklorist Alan Lomax, capturing the rich tapestry of Michigan's history through music. 🌲🏭 The tunes tell stories of lumbering, mining, and everyday life during Michigan's early statehood, all presented in a contemporary style that honors their heritage.

Quickly becoming a favorite summer entertainment option, the Tuesday Evening Music Club features talented local and regional musicians at the Frederik Meijer Gardens Amphitheater during June, July, and August! 🎉🥳

• Included with general admission for non-members
  Tickets can be obtained on the performance day at the Daniel and Pamella DeVos Ticketing Center starting at 9 AM and at the Frederik Meijer Gardens Amphitheater Box Office starting at 5 PM. Your ticket grants you admission to both the gardens and the evening’s performance.
