Vanessa, one of our dearest community members, invites you to join a community-only session to step back, reflect on your relationship with your phone, and reconnect with how you truly want to spend your time.
Through a guided meditation, you’ll slow down and create awareness, followed by a reflection on how your weekly time is distributed across different areas of your life.
Together, we’ll uncover your personal phone usage patterns and turn these insights into practical, mindful actions you can apply right away.
This is a space to reset, gain clarity, and build healthier, more intentional habits around your screen time.
Your host is Vanessa, she’s a systemic coach (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie) specializing in creating healthier habits and sustainable routines.
