Start your morning in the best possible way with a free outdoor session where we come together to train both body and mind in a peaceful setting in the beautiful Pildammsparken.I’m Claes Göransson, founder of CG Balance, and I will be guiding an introductory class in Fascial Release Training. After the session, everyone who wishes is welcome to stay for Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation, and relaxed community time together also lead by me.Fascial Release Training draws inspiration from fascia movement practices, including principles used in Human Garage fascia maneuvers. The practice focuses on releasing tension, improving circulation, balancing the body, and creating a deeper connection with yourself - both physically and mentally. The movements are gentle and simple rotational exercises combined with conscious breathing. You participate entirely at your own level, no previous experience is needed, and the idea is to let your body guide you.Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation originate from ancient Asian traditions and have for thousands of years been used to regulate energy, calm the mind, and strengthen the body through mindful movement and awareness.Schedule08:00 – 08:30Guided Fascial Release Training08:30 – 08:45Q&A about Fascia Training and Postural Therapy08:45 – 09:30Guided Tai Chi, Qigong & Meditation09:30 – 10:00+Free hangout - relax, breathe, connect, talk together, or simply enjoy the silence and nature.Come exactly as you are.
