MRC Oslo: Long Run Sunday - 18-20 km (5:30 & 6:30 per km pace groups)

Sundays are meant for long runs, and what better way to enjoy them than with friends at MRC Oslo! 🌟

Join us at Henry & Sally's for an adventure to either Bygdøy or Lysaker and back, totaling approximately 20 km. 🚀

If you prefer to join us for only part of the run, that's absolutely fine! Just let us know where you'll be joining or dropping out, and we'll be on the lookout for you. 👀

To make sure everyone has a comfortable experience, we'll have two pace groups: one at 5:30 per km and the other at 6:30 per km. 🕒
