Attention all Middle and High School Athletes! ⛹️‍♀️ Join us for annual sports physicals provided by CISM PT!

🕓 Time: Starting at 4 PM (line cut-off at 7 PM sharp)
📍 Location: Colorado Institute of Sports Medicine - Central Clinic

This event will be conducted on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis and continues until 8 PM. After this time, no additional athletes will be seen, so we recommend arriving early! ⏰💨

💵 Cost: $10 per athlete
