- Chop and creatively transform audio into unique beats 🎚️
- Understand MIDI and audio effects that enhance your production skills 🎹
Bring your laptop and your curiosity! Capture meaningful sounds from your environment (like voice notes on your phone) to use as source material for your tracks. By the end, you'll create your very first sampled track! 🚀

Meet Your Host
Max Mella is a talented Italian German non-binary artist and music producer based in Berlin and London. As one half of the duo Bluebox, they have released music through the renowned label Roya, supported by BBC Radio 1 and Worldwide FM. Drawing from their experiences in dynamic music scenes, Max fuses elements of Electronica, Ambient, and Hip Hop, applying this genre-fluid approach to both their creative endeavors and teaching practices. They have collaborated with notable artists and serve as a music production lecturer at Hochschule Macromedia.
