Nordic Impro Meeting - NIM - 30 Years Anniversary

🌟 Join us for the 30th Anniversary of the Nordic Impro Meeting (NIM) from August 22-26 at Lillsveds Folkhögskola in the stunning Swedish archipelago! 🌊🎈

NIM has been a vital hub for contact improvisers across Scandinavia and beyond since its inception in 1996, when just 12 attendees gathered at Årsta Theater. This milestone anniversary celebrates three decades of connection, creativity, and collaboration among the community of dancers! 🌍✨

Come and participate in a self-organized space, where there are no paid teachers; instead, you will have the chance to share and explore through various activities, such as classes, jams, and site-specific performances. What would you like to delve into and share with your fellow dancers? This is your opportunity to deepen connections and enrich the Nordic community of contact improvisation! 🤝💃

Pricing Details:

• Double Room: 3,800 - 4,800 SEK
• Single Room: 4,400 - 5,400 SEK

The admission price includes food, accommodation, access to sauna, and studio spaces. With extra funds, we may also invite musicians and host special treats for the celebration, including a grill party! 🍔🎶

Nestled by the sea with breathtaking landscapes of forest and cliffs, Lillsved Folk High School offers a remarkable setting for our activities. The main dance hall features a beautiful wooden floor and a soothings view over the bay, perfect for fueling your creative spirit! 🌲🏖️

Getting here is a breeze via public transport from Stockholm city, and ferries are available for excursions to nearby islands. 🚢
