"Doing Less. Being More." is an experimental documentary film by Eva Estanol that challenges our modern obsession with doing.
The film is an invitation to practice its core themes — being present and letting go — from the very moment you press play until way beyond the movie ends.
Be ready to immerse yourself in Eva's journey alongside free-roaming horses in the Catalan Mountains, and join a discussion around the challenges of filming in the wild, the philosophy of "non-productivity," and what the horses can teach us about our own humanity.
