Tahlia invites visitors into her workspace for an informal artist talk and engaging Q&A. Explore her tools, materials, and both finished and in-progress artworks! You'll also enjoy a slideshow showcasing her reference images, all in a welcoming atmosphere that offers a unique glimpse into her creative process.

Tahlia is a talented landscape painter, inspired by the bushland of Gadigal Country and currently residing on Wangal Country in Sydney’s Inner West. With a rich background in Visual Arts from Sydney College of Arts (2012-2014), she has cultivated a unique watercolor technique that beautifully captures the diverse ecosystems she encounters.

Her detailed landscapes, set against striking black backgrounds, reflect her connection to place and belonging. As a descendant of Scottish immigrants, Tahlia acknowledges the deep history and significance this land carries for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, their Elders, and culture.

Notable accolades include being a finalist in the Paddington Art Prize (2022) and the Blacktown Art Prize (2024), and she recently showcased her first solo exhibition, Scenes from Gadigal and Surrounds. Don't miss this rare opportunity to connect with Tahlia's art!
