Oracolul din Delfi @Cărturești
✨ Atelier cu Mathias Tistelgren
Join us for an engaging workshop led by philosophical advisor Mathias Tistelgren at Cărturești, Timișoara. This workshop will explore how we interpret messages when their meanings are not immediately clear, and how we can see the relevance of ideas to our personal questions and problems.
🕵️♂️ We will participate in a game called "Oracolul din Delfi", inspired by the priestess Pythia from the ancient Greek temple of Apollo, where individuals interpreted the enigmatic words of the oracle to decipher their significance in life. In this contemporary version, we will work together through rational dialogue, observing how we construct meaning by recognizing the multiple interpretations of an idea and connecting them to our daily existence.
🔍 The workshop will be conducted in English. Participation is limited to registered attendees, and a donation is requested. No prior studies in philosophy are necessary; this exercise is open to anyone interested in developing critical thinking and interpretation skills.
📚 Mathias Tistelgren is a philosophical advisor, educator, and workshop facilitator.
