Outdoor Yoga at Nine Lives 🐾

Join us for outdoor community yoga this summer at Nine Lives!
These beginner-friendly classes will take place in the lush grass next to the shop and are designed to be welcoming, low-pressure, and accessible for everyone, regardless of experience level. 🌿
Different instructors will bring their unique styles and energy each week!

Details:

• When: Saturdays at 10:00 AM
• Where: 1165 W 7th St, St Paul, MN 55102
• Weather permitting ☀️
• What to bring: Sunscreen, water, bug spray, and comfy clothes 🧴
• A few extra mats available to borrow 🧘
• Bathroom access in the shop 🚻

Suggested Donation: $10–$20
If cost is a barrier, please still come!
