About Rae Armantrout:
Praised by David Woo for her work in the Poetry Foundation, Rae's book Finalists (Wesleyan 2022) captures "the radiant astonishment of living thought." She was a finalist for the National Book Award with her 2018 release, Wobble. Rae's illustrious portfolio also includes collections such as Partly: New and Selected Poems, Just Saying, Money Shot, Versed, Go Figure, and her climate change-focused chapbook Notice. In 2010, she was honored with the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry and the National Book Critics Circle Award for Versed. A former professor of poetry and poetics at UC San Diego, Rae recently acted as a judge for the Yale Younger Poets Prize.
