A seasoned provincial government official is the last person on Earth. His task was to evacuate the last remaining humans from an uninhabitable planet. His successful mission is complicated by an unexpected strange earthling who fell out of the evacuation queue. Will the experienced bureaucrat finally manage to send him away? How to classify someone who has avoided the system his entire life? And wouldn't it be better to just stay home after all?
