Pre-Birthday Yoga Challenge

Modelled after one of my favorite yoga flows, and delivered by my favorite Berlin-based teacher, this Hot Fusion is a perfect blend of Classic Hot Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow in a 38°C room with music. It's accessible for beginners and spiced up for advanced practitioners. Be prepared to be surprised!
Please bring water, a towel, and your yoga mat. Alternatively, towels and mats are available to rent. The studio provides filtered water and sells bottled water, glass bottles and other drinks.
