Estefanie (Stef) is a happiness scientist and professor in the MA in Happiness Studies alongside Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar (Harvard), and founder of The Happiest Project. With a Master’s from the London School of Economics, 15+ years leading sustainability in enterprises, and experience working with over 7,000 people, she shifted her focus to one question: how to find and live your purpose in a real, practical way.
Today, she leads workshops that help people turn insight into aligned action using behavioural science, positive psychology, and neuroscience. If you’re doing well on paper but still questioning your path, this talk is for you.
