Sobre el evento

Join us for a transformative evening with Running Minds as we present Purpose Made Practical: Creating a Life That Feels Like Yours! 🌈

We are thrilled to welcome Estefanie Martens, a happiness professor and former student of the renowned Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar. She will be sharing insightful wisdom and actionable advice to help you discover your purpose and enact meaningful change in your life. 💡

About Estefanie:
Stef is a happiness scientist and teaches in the MA in Happiness Studies alongside Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar at Harvard. As the founder of The Happiest Project, she brings a wealth of experience to the table:

  • Master’s from the London School of Economics
  • 15+ years in leading sustainability initiatives
  • Worked with over 7,000 individuals

Stef focuses on one critical question: how to find and practically live your purpose. She conducts workshops that translate insights into actionable steps through the lens of behavioral science, positive psychology, and neuroscience. 🌱

If you’re thriving on paper yet still unsure of your true path, this talk is tailor-made for you!

🎁 At the end of her impactful presentation, attendees can look forward to a free giveaway of her “purpose template” as well as a chance to get personal questions answered!
