
Recharge & Attune: Mindful Movement To Find Presence 🌿✨
Burnout prevention and recovery are supported by reconnecting with the present moment through the body, breath, and nervous system, helping us respond to life with greater awareness, calm, and acceptance.
On Sunday, June 28th, at 1:50 pm, we’ll meet at the Ōsmos Studio (inside) for a movement and mindfulness-informed session guided by Eleonora Ricci, certified coach and movement facilitator, combining gentle movement patterns, mindfulness-based techniques, and reflective dialogue.
