What to Expect:

This 10-hour mini-retreat will guide you through the process of creating your own 15” Frame Drum and mallet while honoring the medicine of the Deer & Cedar. Here’s what we’ll do:

• Hole Punching the Drum Head 🥁
• Lacing the Drum 🎨
• Frame Decoration ✨
• Circle work 🔄
• Ceremony building 🕊️
• Meditation & Breathworking 🌬️
• Creative expression (painting, drawing, writing) 🎨
• Drum playing and chanting 🎤

Let’s co-create our sacred instruments together, turning the creation of the drum into a meditation—a living prayer.

• $333 for one participant
