In this immersive workshop, led by the talented Anna Vilhelmine Wallin (Pippi), we will dive deep into the practice of Contact Improvisation. By expanding our listening from the inner landscape to our interactions with the floor, space, and fellow movers, we'll navigate the elements of gravity, momentum, and touch.

Through guided improvisations, we will refine our perception, attention, and ability to respond in motion. By empowering our bodies beyond just our hands, we will cultivate a RELATIONAL BODY, ready to engage with the dynamic forces of movement.

About the Facilitator:

Anna Vilhelmine Wallin (Pippi) is an artist and educator based in Malmö, specializing in movement research and community-based dance practices. Passionate about exploring the interplay of the solid and the fragile as we connect in motion, Pippi is the initiator of the Sweden Contact Improvisation Program and the organizer of Sweden Contact Fest. She teaches regularly across the Nordic region and internationally, offering valuable insights into her craft.
