In today's fast-paced world, many face ongoing stress and overstimulation. This training offers a sanctuary, utilizing restorative yoga as an effective tool for facilitating relaxation, recovery, and internal harmony.
What You Will Experience:
- Four restorative yoga practices designed to promote deep relaxation.
- Comprehensive insights into the nervous system and how stress affects physiology.
- Techniques for somatic movement and restorative warm-up exercises.
- Principles of trauma-informed teaching.
- Guidance on how to sequence and instruct restorative yoga classes.
- Practical strategies to address stress, burnout, and recovery.
Training Details:
- 16 hours of in-person instruction over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
- Instruction in somatic movement preparation techniques.
- Teaching practicum with sequencing guidance.
- Access to 2 hours of recorded restorative practices for ongoing learning.
- A certificate with 16 CEU hours through Yoga Alliance.
