We are Rhacklette, a supportive group for female, inter, non-binary, trans, and agender (FINTA) individuals in the Security field. Our mission is to create a safe space for gender minorities in the security industry, welcoming professionals, students, and career changers alike.

As a subgroup of DEFCON Switzerland—a non-profit organization renowned for the Area41 conference and Beer On Tuesdays (BoTs)—we aim to support and nurture the local hacker community.
