Daily Breakdown:

🕖 7:00 AM: Arrive, drop bags, sip coffee, and warm up ☕
🕖 7:15 AM: 20-minute city run—3.5km at a relaxed pace, supporting all levels! 🏃‍♀️
🕖 7:35 AM: Community workout for 10 minutes: strength, stretch, and sweat! 💪
🕖 8:00 AM: Breakfast, beats & boogie back at Coco Café! 🎶🍳
🕖 9:00 AM: Free showers + coworking! 🚿💻
