TERMS & CONDITIONS
Registration & Payment
• Your spot is only confirmed upon full payment of $35 per pax.
• Registration closes 16 June 2026. No late registrations will be accepted.
• In the unlikely event that minimum capacity is not reached, registered participants will be notified at least 5 days before the event and a full refund will be issued.
• Maximum capacity is 30 pax. Registration closes once capacity is reached, regardless of the closing date.
Refunds & Cancellations
• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued from 16 June 2026 onwards, no exceptions.
• Ticket transfers to another person must be requested before 16 June 2026 and are subject to organiser approval.
• If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

Wet Weather Policy
• The event will proceed in light rain. Participants are advised to dress accordingly.
• In the event of a lightning warning or severe weather, the event may be postponed or modified. Updates will be communicated via the event WhatsApp group.
• No refund will be issued if the event proceeds in light rain and a participant chooses not to attend.
Participation & Safety
• By registering, you confirm you are in adequate physical health to complete a 5KM social run.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe on the day.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and wellbeing throughout the event.
• The organiser, RAVVĒ Social Club, and sipn'sonder shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
Media & Photography
• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for use on social media and marketing materials.
• By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed as part of the event experience.
• If you do not wish to appear in event media, please notify the organiser at check-in.
Food & Beverage
• One (1) White Oat Cold Brew and one (1) waffle are included per registered participant.
Waffle flavours are subject to availability on the day.
• The organiser is not responsible for any allergic reactions resulting from food or beverage consumed. Participants with known allergies are advised to check ingredients before consuming.
General
• The organiser reserves the right to amend the event format, schedule, or location due to circumstances beyond their control. Registered participants will be notified of any material changes.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. • By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
