Saber Sparkling Solstice Session (Apéro)

Join us for a unique experience where you'll learn the art of sabering bottles of local sparkling wine as we celebrate the Summer Solstice in beautiful Saint-Saphorin! 🌞 Enjoy stunning views of the lake and Alps while indulging in an apéro featuring local meats, cheeses, vegetables, and freshly baked sourdough bread. Each attendee will receive a bottle of organic sparkling wine from Domaine des Faverges 2022 and will be taught how to saber with an unsharpened sword.

👟 What to Wear: Comfortable sneakers or good walking shoes are recommended for the uphill walk from the train station to the venue. Don't forget your sun hat and sunglasses! 🍷🥖
