Get ready for an extraordinary maritime celebration in Portsmouth! From June 19–22, Sail Virginia℠ 2026 will feature magnificent Tall Ships at the historic waterfront, part of America's 250th anniversary festivities.

🌟 Experience the stunning Parade of Sails, board historic vessels, interact with the crews, and enjoy a vibrant waterfront filled with live music, delicious local food, family-friendly activities, fireworks, and rich maritime history!

This year's event includes two spectacular happenings:

🔹 Juneteenth: Join us on June 19 for the 5th Annual Juneteenth Freedom Day Festival, presented by the Urban League of Hampton Roads, in collaboration with the City of Portsmouth. Enjoy a full day of live music, art, local vendors, and celebrate Black freedom and culture. Don’t miss the Juneteenth Commemoration by History Alive, featuring walking tours, interpretive presentations, and historical characters bringing Portsmouth’s maritime history to life!

🔹 High Street Festival: Running from June 20–22, this festival promises a lively mix of waterfront tall ships to fun family activities on High Street!
