Enjoy a scenic ride between Paekakariki and Porirua, where you’ll witness breathtaking views along the beautiful Paekakariki Escarpment on the Kapiti Coast. Experience the thrill as we pass through six short tunnels on a rail line that boasts a rich history dating back to 1886!
💨 Our heritage train is powered by a combination of coal-fired steam locomotives and the Da class diesel electric, promising an exciting ride for everyone.

• Infant - Free (No allocated seat)

  From Paekakariki Station at 8:45am, 10:15am, 11:45am, 1:45pm, & 3:15pm!
  From Porirua Station at 9:35am, 11:05am, 12:35pm, & 2:35pm (note: the 12:35pm departure will pause in Paekakariki for approximately 30 minutes).
