Directed by Nicole Unger, this intimate play follows Connie and Tristan, two volunteers in a clinical drug trial who embark on a passionate romance. But are their feelings real or just a product of the experimental drugs affecting their minds? As their love story unfolds, the supervising physicians grapple with the ethical dilemmas posed by science and the intricacies of human emotions. "The Effect" will leave you pondering the nature of reality in both thoughts and feelings.
