1. Booking & Payment:
All sessions must be booked in advance. Your space is confirmed once full payment is received. Limited spaces to ensure a calm environment.

2. Arrival Policy:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start to settle in. Late arrivals will not be admitted as it disrupts others' relaxation.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Cancellations with at least 7 days’ notice may be rescheduled. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

4. Health & Suitability:
Not suitable for everyone. Consult a healthcare professional if you have certain conditions.
