• 🧘‍♀️ Bring: An extra (yoga) mat, blankets for comfort, and your water bottle.
• 👕 Wear: Comfortable clothes in light/white colors.
• 💆‍♀️ Schedule: Ensure you have no appointments immediately after the session to allow time to integrate the experience.
