Sherwood Forest August Gathering!

Join us for an unforgettable weekend at the Sherwood Forest Faire's Gathering from Friday to Sunday! 🎪

Highlights:

• FREE SHOW on August 1st featuring the Chris Duarte Group and an amazing Solar Rain Fire Show! 🔥
• Enjoy FREE camping all weekend (Friday and Saturday nights) under the stars. 🌌
• Participate in our community gathering on Saturday night with an Open Bar, spectacular Fire Show, and a LIVE BAND! 💃

Camping Gates open Friday at 12:00 noon. Please arrive after noon as the gate will not be open before!

Weekend Activities:

• Volunteer Work Day on Saturday morning - earn credits towards Faire tickets when you volunteer on the grounds! 👷‍♂️ Sign up at Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem Pub starting at 8:30 AM.
• Buffet Lunch provided by Silk Road at 1:00 PM for volunteers. 🍽️
• Attend the Marketing Meeting hosted by Sherwood Heralds at 2:00 PM at Elven Hill Stage to learn more and earn credits for distributing marketing materials. 📈
• Evening festivities kick off with the bar opening around 5:00 PM, followed by a Potluck Dinner at 6:30 PM. 🥗
• The night truly comes alive at 8:30 PM with Solar Rain’s Fire Show, followed by Chris Duarte Group rocking until late! 🎶
• The bar will be tip-only, so while drinks (beer, mead, sodas, waters) are free, a little tip for the bartenders and performers goes a long way! 💰 Look for QR codes to tip cash-free!

Note: Sunday gates close at 12:00 noon. Take some morning walks but please avoid construction areas. 🚧
