Hey Runners!
The marathon season is approaching, and that means Sundays are becoming Looooong Run days. Are you looking to tackle longer runs in a safe group at an easy pace, with plenty of options to turn back if needed?

RUN-N-RAVE has YOU covered!

• Goal: An easy-paced 12k run, with shorter routes available. There are multiple spots to loop back if you prefer.
• This run is open to everyone looking to gradually increase their distance in a friendly atmosphere, providing space to turn back at any time.

📍 Meet at: RUN-N-RAVE Lab at CIC, Lohmühlenstr 65, 12435 Berlin

✨ What to Expect:

• 🧡 7k + 12k easy pace long run, around 6:30 pace
• 🎧 Shokz will bring 50 pairs of open-ear headphones for a synchronized running experience with a special playlist that allows you to hear nature while enjoying the music!

📅 The Breakdown:

• 9:00 AM: Arrival, bag drop, Shokz headphone checkout 🎧
• 9:20 AM: Warm-up 🌲🏃‍♀️
• 9:30 AM: Roll out
• 10:25 AM: 7k runners return
• 10:55 AM: 12k runners return
• After: Enjoy snacks and drinks, connect with others, and enter the RAFFLE for a chance to win a pair of Shokz!
