For this evening, Chef Juan has crafted an exquisite 5-course menu through which you'll savor the warmth and history of Indian food. Each course is designed to be shared, inviting you to connect with new and familiar faces while exchanging stories.

1. Peanut Masala: Roasted peanuts in coconut oil and chili, balanced with fresh ingredients and a crunch from pomegranate.
2. Chemmeen: Marinated shrimp with green mango, herbs, and a spiced sauce, offering depth and warmth.
3. Kozhi: Crispy chicken thigh glazed with tamarind, paired with roasted carrot purée.
4. Beef: Slow-cooked glazed beef served with flaky porotta and a variety of rich accompaniments.
5. Ada Pradhaman: A traditional Kerala dessert with rice cake in coconut milk and jaggery, topped with ice cream.
