Join us in the serene garden pavilion at Detroit Abloom, a beautiful cut flower farm and sanctuary garden, for a rejuvenating 1-hour experience of Sound Bath, Yoga Nidra Meditation, and Reiki, guided by the talented Lisa Harthun. 🌸

Event Highlights:

• Experience Nature's Calm: Surrounded by lush gardens, enjoy the healing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and more, designed to ease the mind and promote deep relaxation.
• Guided Journey: No prior meditation experience necessary! Lisa will lead you through the session, helping you release tension and settle into stillness through breath awareness and intentional sound therapy.
• Inclusive & Welcoming: Adults and youth aged 12+ (with a parent) are encouraged to join this tranquil gathering. Perfect for individuals, couples, or groups.
• Comfort Essentials: Please bring a yoga mat or meditation chair, blanket, eye cover, pillows, and water for your comfort. 🧘‍♀️💧
• Rain or Shine: The event will take place inside the covered pavilion.
